"SURMAN.- On the 17th May, at Base Hospital, Theodore Oswald, ex-sgt. 5th Btn. A.I.F., fourth son of the late John and Jessie Surman, of Cardigan, and brother of John (late A.I.F.), the late Alex., Barbara, James (late A.I.F.), Rene, and Geoffrey (late A.I.F.).
